A beautiful spring evening. Photo before the "log house" being built for the grandkids and to use the cut trees from the back yard.
The "log house" begins to take shape. We'll see how it develops. Will try to get some vines growing along sides as natural walls over the years.
Not much to report in the Redmond lives. Looking forward to all the kids and grandkids coming up over the Memorial weekend. Maeve and Erin are going to do the 10k up the Old Mission peninsula on the Saturday of that weekend. Should be fun. Grandma Alice is coming up, too, so we can all be together. Hoping for great weather so we can be outdoors and maybe rent a pontoon for a ride on Elk Lake.
Bob is busy with his planning for his "Big Adventure I" which is a Harley ride south through the Smokies, the Blue Ridge Parkway, Lexington SC to see Maeve and Aaron and up through York PA to tour the Harley assembly plant there. The trip will end up in Plymouth the end of June watching the grandkids with Grandma Rose and then to Sturgis MI for Grandma Alice's birthday.
Keep in touch!
