Contrast in Black and White

April 12 in northern Michigan. This is what we woke up to this morning. It was a beautiful white blanket of fluffy snow.

Then, this afternoon Bob went to Kalkaska to give up his red Focus SVT. It was a sad day but all good things must come to an end. The contrast to the morning white was the new black Focus SES. It was a tough decision but after 5 1/2 years the good old red car was starting to need maintenance and repairs and...it burned premium gas.

The back yard was covered and it snowed through the morning.

By the afternoon when Bob returned with the new black car, the snow was gone even though it still flurried.
