Rose traveled to South Carolina for 9 days with Carmen and Maria for childcare of Kendall and Avery while Aaron visited friends and family in Michigan. While she was gone I made motorcycle trip to visit Finlans in Hudsonville and neighbor Ring in Traverse City. Then I headed north to Sault Sainte Marie for my UP fix.
Then we had a nice visit from the Coakleys between their family wedding in Traverse City and Pat's annual golf outing. That same week we enjoyed Mikey's last t-ball game and on August 1 celebrated Peter's 4th birthday.
I started the month of August with a little house project of installing a ceiling fan in the living room. Now we are just trying to chill out.
Bob, Roger and Pat's cousin from Scotland, Gordon. It rained about half the way to Hudsonville.
Pat and Roger Finlan and cousin Gordon. Darn it, forgot to get a picture of Ring in Traverse City! Oh yeah, rained most of the way from Grand Rapids to Traverse City. Two days of riding in the rain after nearly a month of drought. Guess I brought the farmer's some good luck.
Stayed at this mom and pop motel in the Soo.
