Daughter Erin visited Detroit with three friends from San Diego, one of whom is a Detroit area native. While here they visited old Tiger Stadium, Briggs Stadium, before it was totally torn down. While there they had a photo snapped by a Detroit Free Press photographer. That picture is the second one here.
The really cool part is that photo was the front page photo of today's, July 28, issue of the Detroit Free Press and made it "above the fold!" How cool is that?!
