Welcome to the metropolitan area of Michigan! Just closed on the condo and on the way back from a prior load at the Denjas and this huge piece of rock/concrete was kicked up by a truck and, "Wham!" Not even in the place and can't drive the van much farther as it will leak. Oh well, should get fixed tomorrow.
The new digs at Lake Forest Trails condo sub a couple miles east of Brighton, MI. Glad to finally have the thing done, closed and just today the furniture was moved. These are pics of the empty condo.

A clean kitchen stove, counter and dishwasher.
Very roomy laundry room.

Master bath sink.
Master bed with our limited closet space...it is a condo.
Guest bedroom is small but functional.
Garage is roomy and Bob will paint. All in all we are quite happy and very thankful!
