Well, we're in! After the inevitable delays of finishing construction we finally got into the Brighton condo and closed the deal. Movers brought stuff without a hitch and we unpacked the essentials. Stayed there for a grand total of two weeks before returning to SC. Things aren't finished but these pics will give you a pretty good idea of the place and how it may look when we complete things and try out various placements of "stuff."
The screened in upper deck is a favorite.
We have a very pleasant view from the deck off the living room. State park land surrounds us so no neighbors in the back...ever. And, notice we already have the Christmas tree ready for our return in December!
The weather was spectacular the last three days there so why not decorate?

Bob and Rose, It looks great and I love that screened in deck. You're going to be out there all the time in the summer. Can hardly wait to come for a visit. May we make a reservation for sometime in late July early Aug. A wedding in ER July 27 and then the Friendship Open. Nice job on selection of condo. Hope to see you this winter sometime in SC, Katie
