The last few days of Great Grandma Alice's visit were full of fun. Rose made sugar cookies and Kendall helped make and decorate. Great Grandma helped eat them! We all went out for dinner Friday night and Saturday was such a beautiful day that we decided to help Aaron stain their newly constructed deck. Sunday was the travel day for Great Grandma. Bob took her to and through the airport and waited with her until the plane lifted off. We got a call from the Masons with an invitation to go to Riverbanks Zoo so off we went to talk to the animals and enjoy a surprise of 99cent tacos at the zoo.
"I'm rollin' the cookie dough!"
Frozen ice cream for dessert at San Jose restaurant.
One rail stained and the rest of the deck to go.
Aaron and Bob did most of the rails but everyone pitched in and we got the deck done in one day. Great Grandma supervised and let us know when we missed a spot.
Great Grandma really enjoyed the warm sunshine on her last full day in SC.
Kendall and Avery worked hard playing in the wagon.
"How does this ball keep coming back?" Avery wonders.
Glad there was no movie as Grandma Bob danced with Kendall.
Tutus and a tortoise at the zoo.
Avery had a great time, too, and defined 'chillax.'
