First Communion for Carmen!

April 26 was Carmen's First Communion Day. Grandpa Bob and Grandma Rose drove down to pick up Great-Grandma Alice and headed to Plymouth for the weekend. Despite some storms in the area we dodged the bad weather when it mattered and we had a great time. We took the big kids to see Monsters vs. Aliens in 3D! It was lots of fun. The kids all came to our hotel and used the swimming pool. On Sunday all went to the Shrine of the Little Flower for the special mass and afterward went to Grandma Paula and Grandpa Raul Denja's house for great food, family and friendship. It was a special weekend.

It won't be long before Petey is walking on his own!

Isabel likes to do an "old woman" imitation.

Guess what is Carmen's favorite food?

Grandma Paula also fixed a wonderful meal along with the great dip and dessert that LeighAnne prepared.

It's tough to share when you're three years old!

Peter seems to like his yogurt!

Carmen seemed to enjoy the First Communion haul!
